Hey guys & gals after seeing a fellow forum member get stuck at Lytle Creek for a brief moment in the snow and how they were able to get out quick effectively on their own using a shovel it made me want to buy a shovel, hi lift jack, and roof rack mounts for them. My question is what is the best (quality and price wise) and where is the best place to buy these at? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. ;D

I got my Hi Lift Jack from amazon for about 65 bucks and free shipping, I bought the Hi lift jack mounts from Demello. The axe and shovel mount I made myself using 4 quick Fist clamps, 2" x 7" x 1/8" flat stock with some 1 3/4" aluminum tube mounts form a guy on ebay. I bought the cable lock and Hi Lift handle holder from 4x4 parts in Santa Ana (the have Hi Lift Jacks as well). Four Trecks has them as well but I think they are a bit pricey. Hope this helps.

Thanks FJVP, that is helpful! I'm not new to offroading but I am new to the 4x4 culture where I have a vehicle capable enough to where I want to venture offroad so I want to be prepared just in case.
