Wow, What a difference. Cost about half as much as TRD's and has 10% shorter throw. I ordered it yesterday and got it in the mail today. about 1/2 hour to install and booya! just a flick of the wrist for shifting now. I freakin love it.

Other than tightening up the shifting, does this mod do anything else?

nope thats the only purpose, Originally they were designed for racing but it is so nice just to flick the shifter about 4 inches to shift gears, you dont even neeed to move your elbow on the arm rest. It's a lazy mans mod

Just installed mine. Got it in the sale $100. I love it. No extra noise, only shorter shifts. I 2nd the easy install and awesomeness of this mod!
