I like this place. Its where I got my FJ. My salesman was way to pushy and I had to shut him down a couple times. But the parts guys are really cool and they will bargain with you on everything. they wanted something like $530.00 for the OEM rock rails and I found a toyota dealer online selling them for $399.00. I showed the parts guys this and they imediately gave them to me for that price. they give me discounts on everything I get from there now. Filters or whatever. Better prices then even Pepboys. I even had a squeak in my truck that was killing me I couldn`t find it. I went there and 2 service guys helped me out asap found the squeak and I was on my way. We ended up getting my wifes Corolla from there also. Good people.

That's good to hear. My friend lives around the corner from there. Never been in their before. But isn't there slogan "you won't get a lemon from Toyota of Orange"?

I also bought my FJ there as well as my son and daughter-in-law. Great buying experience all the way around. In fact I was looking at a used FJ with 10K on it at CarMax. Toyota of Orange sold me a new FJ out the door for less than the CarMax FJ without tax and license.
I've also had some warranty done that I thought would be rejected because of my lift and offroad use but they took care of it.

I bought my first Toyota truck there. It was a brand new 1980, yellow, long bed 5 speed. Way before "Tacoma". $5,000 OTD.

Wow, memories! I got a lemon, at Toyota of Orange! Probably my own fault though. I bought a used Toy truck in '81, tranny went out in 9 months, no warranty. I remember looking at the key fob after I bought it and it said "Repo". It was a 4x4 with a SFA...had no idea what that meant then but I wish I had it now!

Purchase experience: Bought 2 new corollas there (1 in 2007 and 1 2010). Great deals, easy process...but then I do wait for their sales and snag the cheapest deals of the year.

Service has been great. Took an old (1996) corolla there with a problem with the ignition switch. The guy sent me in for a new key (key code was on the original) and they made a new key and gave it to me no charge. (I don't think they were supposed to do that).

Other times they told me I didn't need a service that an independent shop said I needed.

They seem trustworthy.

Ive had good and bad experiences.

Ive bought a few cars there through 01' - 06' with great results. (so i know sales department is good to go)

The bad: My 01' Tundra I got from them new, the tranny went out at 20k mi of normal freeway driving to and from school. They wouldnt cover it under warranty because my truck was dirty when I had it towed in and thier excuse was that I probably drive in the dirt and abuse it due to the dirt on the tires, and thats why my tranny went out......? My dad and brother own a shop, and have been mechanics all there life. They looked at it and knew right away that it was FUBAR. We told them upon bringing it in that my dad knew that it was pretty much not worth fixing, so at least figure out what they wanna do. The service manager flipped out saying thats agianst the law, you cant have a shop do diagnostic work and then come in for warranty....Right, hes full of sh*t, its called the magnuson moss warranty act. He acually called us cussing at us on the phone and we hung up. Hed call back and be even more angry saying how dare we hang up on him and hes gunna have his dealership sue us and we will wish we never brought in the truck (sue us for reasons he never would say LOL)

After a call and a letter from our lawyer providing all the warranty laws they quickly shut up and had a new tranny in it within only a couple days, complete with a wax/detail.

No idea if that guy still works there. But that was the last time I used there service department for anything. I do all my own work now.

didnt buy anything but i figured id drop this off in the pool.

any way i went pokein around a few months before i got my fjc. i saw their 'managers special' toyota certified used one owner at the time. it was an 05 speedway blue x runner. the whole front clip didnt fit right i eyed it abit more discovered it had been in a prettttttty bad colision judgeing by the frame rails. looked in the bed, they hadnt even washed it before puting it on the lot, there was still a beer can in the bed pocket from previous owner (it was faided).

the next day i called their sales manager and expressed them my consern, drove by later on the truck was no where to be found. that x runner was trashed, the whole interior, it looked a beach blvd used car dealer's truck. i was so dissappointed.
