So this past Friday I decided to play hooky from work and bring the FJ in for some warranty issues. One problem I was having that was getting worse was the volume knob on my Fjammer radio had been not working. The steering wheel controls were just fine. So not that big of a deal. Also thanks to DominicG. I think he was the one who brought up the Brake TSB up on the blue forum. So with a little info in hand and a nice smile on my face, I went and saw the service manager to write me up. I arrive at 8:00am and had the Voodoo Shockwave back at 4:00pm all fixed up. The new dealership was remodeled to the price of 19 million and is super slick on the inside as well as the service bays are very nice. I got a tour of the place and was happy to watch CNNHD on a 50" Pioneer Elite Plasma TV in the waiting area. And was feed free donuts and coffee until the shuttle came to pick me up and drive me home like 30 minuets after I was all written up. I dealt with John over there and he is way cool. They had a Sandstorm over there with a 3" Sway-Away kit or Camburg kit on it and some 285 BFG AT's. There were a few people looking at it as I was driving away. They totally stopped to look at my rig as I drove by and the would-be buyers gave me a thumbs up. The dealership did not even fret about all the after market stuff that I was using. Did not even seem to care about the Scanguage either being plugged onto the OBDII. So one more positive feedback on them from me. CHEERS!

Glad you had a good experience there. I had a great sales experience, but a poopy service experience (Dom was there). Claremont Toyota, here I come.

I'm starting to change my view of HB Toyota. I had a Scangauge II in my FJ for over a year and a half. My airbag light is on, so I take it to HB Toyota. I just got a call from them after 7 hours stating my scangauge, which is "non-native" to the truck, caused the airbag light to come on. Seriously? They are starting to sound like Ford stealerships....

Claremont Toyota is VERY FJ friendly in every department.

On topic, the service folks reset the light, and all looks well for now. They got a lecture from me even though I'm sure it went in one ear and out the other. But the FJ is good once again.
