Anyone remember these? They were supposed to be the latest big thing, then MP3 players took over the spot from them. But I have one, looks and works GREAT, but it needs a battery for cordless operation. This one's dead. It has (Ok, I'm old!!) a cassette player adapter too!

Does $30 sound good? Trade for ??? (what ya got?)

Cool Poker! I'll get pics posted in this thread in a few....it's a rechargeable battery, and I'll stop by Radio Shack to see if they have a replacement and what it would cost.

And yes, it has a mic in port.

This reminds me of myself in highschool. I actually walked around with a boombox hidden in my PUMA bag. How the hell did I afford batteries without a job??

And I just got back from Radio Shack. The battery costs $18 from them, but they gotta order it, and it takes a week to get here. Good price for the battery though!

Anyhow, I see batteries for this on Ebay and there is also a AA adapter on there if I can find it.
