SBNF volunteer shirts and hats

From one of the volunteers for SBNF:

Greetings folks! We are now ready to order shirts and hats for the program. What I need from each club/group is a "wish list" of how many shirts you want in each size and how many hats. (For the new folks who may not know, the program pays for these.)
Keep in mind that this is a wish list. I will do my best to fufill your requests, but we have to make sure each club/group gets at least a few. When you send me your request, keep in mind the ACTIVE members of your club/group. For example, in my club, only the folks who show up and do the work are given a shirt and hat.
PLEASE send your request to [email protected] net NOT this group. We don't want to clog up the group with tons of e-mails that the whole group doesn't need to bother with.
One more thing; make sure to tell me what club/group you are ordering for! I know most of you folks, but the group is growing, and I am not the best with names!

So... how many should we ask for? Better yet, how many active volunteer should we expect to have? :)

Well, aside from the trail run/assessment run, we only have you, Piper, Davebert, and a couple other really "active" members so far. I would suggest using the next date (Oct 11) as a gauge to see what the real number would be.

I think we had a great turn out on the assessment run. I wish I can go ahead and order 40 shirts! How about a simple show of faith here and just have those that believe they can be active (go out 3 times a year) post up? I'll grab your name and size shirt and run with that?

So if you think you can put in 3 outtings a year, please post up and tell me what size shirt you want. :)

These are the new style. I think Kokopeli still has a couple of shirts. I have a few hats left too. If Brian can't make the next trip, can someone bring the shirts? Maybe we can hand a few out.

Post up folks, I want to tun in the "want" list ASAP.

I didn't know they had all that other stuff. Please also add me for a hat and a thong. ;D
