I ordered my LCAs and cam bolts from Rock Auto last night. $405 shipped. Not bad.. I get my lower front shock bolts from Toyota of Redlands on Wednesday. I haven`t heard from King yet but it can take up to 3 weeks to get shocks rebuilt.

Saw this on another site. Located at Steele Pass in Death Valley. Cost him $4,685.00 to get it picked up and repaired in Lone Pine. Plus $219.00 to ship him the parts for repair. This is his second axel in 4 years.

Almost 5 grand to fix it. I think I`ll just throw my tent in the back of my FJ and not worry about buying a trailer

I`ve got most of my suspension parts sitting in my bedroom. I`m still waiting for my shocks to get done from King. I`m going to call them on Tuesday to check up on them. It will be 2 weeks by then.

Well my FJ is stuck in a shop right now. I tried and failed to remove the front lower control arms. So I took it to a local shop. They cant get them off and will cut them off tomorrow. So this has become a real b1tch of a project.

Sawzall with a good metal blade, or angle grinder, a few love taps and your golden.

I got my FJ back. It sits all nice and level and tall now. Its such a relief to have my truck back. I drove it home no more leaning into the corners ( death dive ), Suspension is nice and firm now, Its got newly rebuilt Kings and new LCAs. I`m very happy with it.

I have a couple more things to do to it but the shocks and LCAs were the bulk of it

Nope its been stock sway bar location since I bought it

Cam tabs are looking a bit bent open. If they have been slipping you may have some egging. Worth taking a look, it happen on mine.

Just posting this up if anyone is looking for any of this. I went to 2 different walmarts today looking for ammo and both had a lot of .22lr im a lot. CHEAP. I bought several boxes. They also had their 50 cal ammo boxes on sale for $8.97 that's a great price from the usual $15 or more. Real nice boxes too. Anyway just posting up if you need anything
