My misfortune included fixing a body work prior to being able to install the curved class.
Purchased the $14 long razor knife to get the right leverage cutting out the old seal.
Bought knock-off glass replacement for $140 from EBay. The glass is a less quality product than the OEM window.
Photos tell the rest.

I backed into a low lying tree branch on a trail that I couldn't see with the FJ's limited rear visibility. The branch barely contacted the top corner of the roof and I only heard the glass crack...

Very little information on web about replacing these little FJ corner windows, so hopefully my DIY photos help the next guy searching to understand the process.

That must have been a strong branch the way it crushed the roof and popped the window!

That whole side roof panel is very easy to dent. One reason i no longer want my hi-lift up there.
