I have a used cat-back, the aFe HIGH TUCK which has just been developed and is currently being sold. The exhaust has probably less than 5k, and is not damaged. It was a prototype developed from the aFe street exhaust, with the difference being the tailpipe is located within the angle of departure for the rear. This exhaust has the newly designed tail piece, which was developed as a result of the prototype.

Basically, I ran it to Ouray and Moab, and it was awesome. The exhaust, as a street performance configuration, ran for about 2-3k miles before being converted.

Check out some pics. The clamp on tail piece is the prototype, and it is a 90' angle. The exhaust will come with the new tail piece, solid section with no clamp, and it will be a near 45' angle out the back with a bevel cut parallel to the ground. (go to aFe.com to see description and picture).

These are selling for $362.25 at aFe, and you can find a group buy for it for $325 (not me). You can have this one for $260 plus tax (for SoCalFJCruiserForums members, I'll pay the tax). I can deliver to the 8/9 Adopt a Trail this Saturday, or maybe we can meet up sooner if you want it installed prior to Saturday. This is also being offered 'word of mouth', so I will update this post as soon as it is sold, here or elsewhere.

I am not keeping it because I had bought the Gibson 4 days before the opportunity came up where I could try the new aFe. I like everything about it, and the only reason I am not keeping it is because I had the brand new Gibson and I want to compare the aFe 3" with the Gibson 2 1/2". There is no measurable performance difference that I can tell, and they both sound awesome, and quiet at freeway speed without the TRD drone noise. We went to Ouray with the aFe, one with a Gibson, and a stock FJC with the TRD (supercharged as of last week ;D). The FJC with the Gibson has the same mods as mine, and we may have noticed a mpg difference of 1-2 mpg, but we are still looking at things before posting any findings. I want to run the Gibson as a comparison, as it dyno's for increased torque and hp at 1800 rpm, reportedly due to the 2 1/2" exhaust. I dunno, I like to play with things, but cannot afford to have an extra performance exhaust sitting in my garage while the front of my FJ is still naked and is BEGGING for a winch bumper and snorkel. For someone who knows they want this exhaust system, it is a great deal.
