I think 10/11 is the ONLY weekend that will work for me. This will fit right between Uphill's Utah Expedition and a family vacation. October is going to be a busy month.

This is a tough one for me. The only one open for me is Sept. 20.

I MIGHT be able to be there for a day trip on one of the October dates. If it ends up being one of those, I'll try my best. I have a conference for work in Vegas that starts on Sunday, and ends on the following Friday, kinda hitting both of those.

going forward, we should just set a specified day for trail repair, that way we can plan our schedule around that versus planning the work around everyone's schedule. obviously, not everyone will make it all the time no matter what. but, as long as the work that's needed to be done is planned well and disseminated down to us grunts on the field, then the Tony's, Dave's, and other leaders don't always have to be there.

with weather and trail considerations, the best times to go would be fall and spring. as an example, we could have the trail repair days set for the 1st Weekend of Mar/Apr/May/Sept/Oct/Nov.
