hello i'm a super newbie to forums and all. i received a card from mrsmainster over the weekend at the truckfest in ontario and thought i would check out what this card is all about. after reading a few of these posting for the last few days i decided to join this what seems like a very tight and friendly family. what i'm hoping to get out of this forum is people helping one another on mods and perhaps one day go trailing with you hard core peeps if somebody is willing to put up with my never driven trails experience.

just to give you an example of my forum knowledge...it took me 25 minutes to figure out how to post a message and i think i still got it wrong

Don't worry about being new to offroading! We do a lot of easy trails to real hard trails.

Welcome!! Don't worry about figuring our the forums it gets easier after awhile. For the most part we are a close group of people, I see some of these people more than I see my own family! Everyone is very helpful with any questions you might have. i have a standard TT with TRD brakes and CAI. owning a SUV with the worst braking system ever i decided to upgrade my brakes. funny thing is i still have and drive that SUV alot.

my name is mike and i live in the brentwood/santa monica area. i noticed alot of forum members are from the IE or OC. is anybody near the westside? if you can find a TT & TRD FJ that never moves day or night you have found my work.

i have a set of 4 hella rallye 4000 HID lights but no rack. i'm hoping to purchase the defender rack with light cage from ORU. other than that i'm not sure what other mods to do, perhaps a lift?
