Couldn't pass up a killer CraigsList deal! Bought these bad boys for $150/ each, NEW!
In the last few days, I've chopped my mounts and installed 1.5" spacers to get them to fit.
Had a local tire shop install them today, and I did some parking lot laps to check for rubbing.

The only rubbing I have is in reverse at a full left turn, rubbing only on the inside of the driver side body mount...not bad at all.

Still need to crank up the ICON's a little bit.

Anyways..here are some pictures:

I've have just been told that sine he can't open the back window with that tire on the back he wants a gobi ladder.....I was originally going to get him one when he first got the truck! He said he didn't want it then....Since when can guys turn into women and change their minds all the time?!

Thank-you for keeping the 70's in the past! Blackwalls out! Booya! Your rig is looking sweet now.
Luckily, these didn't have white writing on either side. :)

Only feel a tiny, tiny power loss on the street, nothing significant. IMO, the FJ has plenty of power for these tires. I do understand to minuses of running them though and will probbly end up re-gearing one day.

hehehe, good one Britt!!!! Most of the time they're just as bad as women. Which makes them worse; cause we're expected to do it. LOL!!!!

I've *heard* that if you flip the spare tire mount, it will allow you fit a bigger tire and allow you to still open your rear window. Not sure if this is true, or if it safe to do, but just an idea that I've heard. You might want to search the blue room to see if someone has successfully done it.
