New "FJ Adopt a Trail" T-Shirts!

In honor of the Southern California FJ Cruisers adopting trail 3N59A in the San Bernardino National Forest, we now have a NEW T-Shirt for sale!

The shirt is a brown, 100% cotton t-shirt, with the SoCal FJ Cruiser logo in white on the front pocket area, and the Adopt a Trail FJ logo in white on the back.

We will be taking orders for the first round of them through Monday, August 25 and they will ship the following week.

You can also order the regular SoCal FJ shirts again along with the girl's "racer-back" tanks!

Dang Tony, that's exactly what I thought too. I think it would've better commemorated the trail adoption. then we could have a reason for a new shirt for each trail adoption. :)

My original thought was just a plain brown shirt with that FJ on the front right in the center. Like a walking sign. then a big SoCal FJ Cruisers accross the back with Adopt A Trail 3N59A under it.

I usually like the sirts with small pocket logo in the front and large something on the back. But in this case, I thought it better to put the main graphic on the front.

I still ordered two anyways. I am a t-shirt-o-holic and I just photo'd and got rid of a big bunch of old ones a few months ago so I need to replenish.

Next round of shirts, I'll take all of your suggestions! ;D

I didn't want to put the trail name on it because I'm not sure how many more trails we are adopting in the near future.
Once we've got that figured out, I can do more shirts with whatever you guys want. I just figured these kept it simple and generic.

Thanks for the orders though!

I guess you don't get it. No stabs at you bro! I think you did a great job, it's just a different viewpoint, not a better one. Since Tony and I are not specialists in graphic design and t-shirt making, we think we know what's best but I'm sure we'd screw it up somehow.

FWIW, I have made t-shirts before in High School. We did not have computers to do the graphics so we had to use pens. I made the frame, attached the screen, coated it with (emoltion?) then burned the image and hosed off the patern. did some touch up then put it on the press. Put the ink in and I was off. I made about 30 shirts for a social partying group of teenagers on my street when I was groing up. We had the Whigtones and the Brew Crew, I was a Whig and the basic difference was that we included a certain smoke in our partying! lol We used to have drinking competitions and the like.

Wow, this went way off topic. Sorry, I now return you to our regular scheduled programming. ;D

No worries! ;D I didn't take it as a stab. This is the first of many Adopt a Trail shirts, I'm sure! Can't wait to get some more going!

Screen printing is fun, just messy if you do it yourself. That's why I don't do it from home...shoot, my vinyl decal cutter/ plotter makes a mess by itself.
Britt would kill me if I set up a screen printing press. ;D

I think a friend has one for sale. It's the big round multi-color deal. I don't remember how many. C'mon bro, Who wears the pant's in that house anywayz? lol Or is it a one leg in each pantleg kinda house? Hmmm.....

Haha...how much does he want for it.. :-\

We just don't have the room for it...we're in a townhome w/ a 1 car garage..the room I use as my "office" is small. Once we're in a house (hopefully by December) I may end up getting one.
