I'm extremely impressed with the quality, look and fit of the new bumper.
Not to mention, the guys at Intense offer top notch service! They came in on a Saturday to do my install...

Here are a few pictures...let me know what you think!

Soooo badass! I love it!. It's 1.75 tubing yeah? whats the wall spec and is it DOM also rough weight? Very cool. I love Jasons stuff but this is SOOOO much better looking than his tube style. and about half the price I hear.

sweet, i want one. suspension first though.

I looks pretty good. I don`t care for the way you can see the parts of the body panels that are supposed to be behind the bumper. I`m wondering if it would look better blacked out? Just my 2 cents. I like the the sound of less weight how much does it weigh?
i like it alot...what size are those lights?
Saw those guys at the Expo, very cool. Nice bumper too!

Yea, it weighs about 40 lbs. I think I'm lighter than stock now.
The tubing on the bumper is 1.75", .120 wall.

I agree about seeing all the parts back there...I was going to paint it all black yesterday, but ran out of time. Hopefully I can finish it today and post more pictures.

Thanks for all the feedback guys!

Matt Just a hint, IMO it's better to use underbody coating than paint because it will stand up to rocks and road debris better than spraypaint. It's still black. Just make sure if you do use it to get the kind that completely dries like rubber. there is some out there that just stays gummy like tar.

That was the plan! I need to hit my rear wheel wells with the undercoating while I'm at it. Thanks for the heads up though.
very nice matt, makes youre 315s look even bigger! i love it, i might want one of these
I met the guys at the expo. Good people. He took the time to talk about some of the projects and also some of my ideas. Looking forward to the black out pics.

Nice looking bumper Matt! I like the look and the fact that it's lighter than the All Pro I just sold. Now I just have to decide wheather I want a dessert pre-runner look or a rugged rock crawler look with the Metal Tech bumper...hmmmmmm ???

decisions, decisions...MT + winch = more money, weight and waiting for delivery.
IF = no winch, light weight and no wait.

hmmmmmm...might have to go with IF, later down the road they may come up with a winch bracket attachment. Since I like going fast, I'm also leaning towards more of a dessert wheeler than a rock crawler...I like both and can do both, but lightness benifits best in dessert running. I just better make sure I don't get myself in a pickle when wheeling by myself, or else it's back to basics with the Hi-lift jack.

Yes Tony, but we're in a recesion and that kind'a money I just don't wanna spend on something I don't really need...YET...but I do like thier LT, I'll start with thier bumper and when I pick it up I'll see first hand the set-up, then decide when to spend. You did read my mind though ;).
The Total Chaos LT kit is over 5 grand with coilovers and axles and you gain an inch and a half of travel. I'm gonna say no on that. lol

that's money that can be spent towards a SAS. ;)
