As many of you know, Bob (skersfan) has been working on an expedition style trailer for me. A lot of you have seen his first hand. I've had a bunch of you ask how it's coming along and if it will be ready for Ouray, so here it is:
Bob has been working diligently on it and has made some major progress in just the past week alone. The plan is to have it at the powder coater tomorrow and ready for assembly next weekend.
It will be running the same tire/ wheel setup that I have on my rig (315/70/17 BFG A/T's w/ factory steelies). The frame will be black, and the boxes will be Olive Drab green.

Here are a few current pictures, comments are welcome!:

Why did you buy that god awful looking thing? Oh well it will be that lovely Marine Corps green, I can hardly wait!. 26 years of existing in that color seems to give me a different idea about it.

Glad you like it Matt, it is coming along and I am anxious for you to tow it to Ouray.

Bob if I 'existed' in that color for 26 years, I don't think I'd be so fond of it either...but hey, I'm the one who has to tow it! ;D

Just an update: Our trailer is going to have a 42 quart ARB Fridge/ Freezer, the 'roof rack' in the picture will have a roof top ten mounted to it, we will have instant hot running water and a 24 gallon water tank along with a shower system. I will also be able to carry 25 gallons of spare fuel if needed.

Bob has done an incredible job making this happen, and his trailer is top notch!

Just got back from Bob's shop. He's making some major progress. We also got the tent mounted today.
Some more teaser pics:

Potential mount for the awning:

Front/ Battery Box: (there will be 2 marine grade, deep cycle batteries in there)
