I need to replace the front Lower A-arm bushings... Opinions, thoughts, comments...?
Option A: replace with OEM
Option B: replace with aftermarket
Option C: replace Arms with bushings pre-pressed in

I would replace the busings with energy suspension and put a greasable ball joint. Ull have urself a brand new control arms. Thats what i did to mines.

I went with option C. Figure I can swap out the bad bushings later hand have them on standby for when the new ones go out. I'm also installing Camburg balljoint UCA's so may as well do it all at one time. 120k miles so suspension upgrades are coming. CalFab rear link kit is next as well as 5160 to replace the aging oem rear struts

Do you have to drill and tap holes to add the ball joint?

When its time for mine I will be doing your option C also. I have read that its a real PITA to replace the bushings on the LCA`s

I've done energy suspension bushings and greasable moog ball joints. A pain in the ass to do.

I saw those LCAs online but their price was so low it made me question their quality. Are they good to go? Oem quality spec?

It's advertised as being Built to strict quality control standards... What those standards actually are guess I'll find out soon enough!!! Trial by fire! Sink or swim! ... Lol
