Well to start it off, i have always been the one to go big or go home!!!! :-X so with that note on lifts i hear alot of good info on the 3" lifts and all the coilovers.... But the real questions of the day are the 6" procomp lift i see alot of ya'll with them... Here's what i have been told about that one; that the ride is worst than the factory!! And that the cv joints have to be change alot because it doesn't keep everything inline like they say it does. Also you will have to upgrade the joints if you want to go in 4 High about 10 mph>>> so from everyone whats the real story on this lift or should i just stay to getting a 3" lift, i would settle wityh something to at least get 33's under me. thanks for the time ;D

Not all of what you were told is true. The CV angle on some of the 6" kits is actually the same as stock. As far as ride goes they can be worse or better depending on what you do. If you spend the extra money and get some Radflo's to go along with it, it would be a better ride other wise its a gamble in my mind on ride, but if you do get the radflo's thats another 1,000+ to add to the cost.

The biggest draw backs to a 6" lift are the loss of ground clearance (approach, break over, and departure angles are improved) added leverage to suspension parts by the drop brackets can and will cause things to be weaker and fatigue sooner then stock or 3" kit. If you really do go BIG I would stay as far away from a drop bracket as you can. Me personally will never ever buy one or recommend one, there advantages do not even come close to out weighing there draw backs, if you are looking for show then it is what you want so you can get as high as you can to be a real bro with the side ways hat, but if you really wheel there are better options. (Sorry to any of you with a 6" kit.)

A 3" Icon VD kit will be your best bet especially with the new front coil overs with the external reservoir and rear 2.5" piggy back shocks. oh man there so nice! And if you really want to go all out toss in some Jounce shocks and you'll have it.
