Special Sale price: $1000.00 that's a savings of $180

Plus $75 for installation and sales tax of $92.50 so total installed: $1167.50 out the door. The lights are mounted on light tabs and are of course removable.

Pre-Runner bumper alone without lights $575 plus $75 installation and sales tax of $53.18 so total installed $703.18

According to Toyota and the Owners Manual (Pages: 45-52) the front air bag sensors are a Deceleration G-Sensor.
Basically the point of impact does not matter, according to the manual even the tires can be a point of impact (so be careful jumping the truck).
Page 48 of the owners manual: "The airbag sensor constantly monitors the forward deceleration of the vehicle. If an impact results in a forward deceleration beyond the designed threshold level, the system triggers the airbag inflators."

and no it does affect the sensors because they are not located on the front bumper bar
