Hi everyone, saw the link to the Socal Cruiser forum on the FJCF! I am a SoCal Native from Carlsbad currently living in Sin City!

I absolutely LOVE my FJ (yes it is mine, not my hubbies!) I love to take it off-roading and have it modded out quite nicely thus far, but I think it will always be a work in progress!

My friend is in the business of making it "Sin City" and my aunt and uncle are in the medical profession. Where is some good places to wheel around there? My uncle used to wheel his Cherokee at a place called Red Rock, I think.

It seems like everyone knows someone in Vegas! Which is so cool~I am in the home building industry and it sucks a$$ right now (as it does most everywhere) I am contemplating a career change and hopefully it will entail relocating back home to Carlsbad/Oceanside!

There are TONS of places to wheel! Apex/Nellis Dunes, Red Rock/Kyle Canyon, Tie Rod Canyon, Wheeler Pass, Mormon Wells, Blue Diamond Wash, Logandale, and lots of places near Lake Mead. I go wheelin as much as I can. We have two local FJ clubs here in Vegas so there is always something going on during the week and on weekends and plenty of good people to wheel with!

If anyone makes a trip up this way, give me a shout and I can show you some fun local trails! (any difficultly, skill level, Stock or modded!)

Awesome, I will definitely inform you when we are there to visit the family. Who knows, mabye Uncle Ralph will pull out the Cherokee and join us!
