MudlovingFJ and I installed my winch today, and also installed his winch into his demello bumper today. Mine was fairly easy, took about 45 minutes. His took a lot longer but we were still successful.

My aluminum hawse fairlead did not arrive yesterday as planned, so the winch line is just wound up for looks right now It should arrive monday..
