After reading about the AFE and many other brands of intakes I was looking to try something different. I was introduced to the owner of Fujita Performance Products. After speaking with him, He invited my to come down so they could do a prototype CAI for the FJ's. I am running the prototype at the moment, It seems to have made a big difference, you can hear the motor breath when you put your foot into it and the FJ seems to really like's to cruise between 70 and 80 mph. After a few weeks if everything works out they will start production. I hope to get the before and after Dyno test readings to post to show if it has a large improvement on the horse power. If this product works and all goes, I will see if we can get a group buy for those who may want to put a CAI on. Just thought I would share since nobody has this brand on an FJ. Re: FUJITA CAI

That's a great point, I will give them a call to clear up that question, I may have assumed it was since they build plenty of CAI. Well if it was my mistake I'm sorry for any confusion. It does seem to work better that the stock unit. I will call them tomorrow.

Re: FUJITA CAI

yeah technically thats an MAI mass air intake. you will still get slightly better HP and quicker throttle response but the air will actually be warmer than the stock intake. Same as the Airraid except AR has a small sheild around it that uses the hood to kinda block engine heat.

Re: FUJITA CAI

Point's well taken, I guess I'm off to get a AFE, Well at least the company will have a new fitment for someone who wants this type of intake. Thanks for all of the input and advice.
