First of all, they sell accessories on Ebay Motors for about 20-30% cheaper than they do in thier Parts Dept. If you tell them that you know that they sell the items cheaper on Ebay, they either tell you, that they do not have the part in stock for you to buy it there at the shop, or they tell you to print out the Ebay ad and bring it in so that they will honor that price, thus waisting gas.

The other problem(s), they told me that they only install accessories Monday through Friday. I stated that I needed my vehicle, and why couldn't they do the install on the weekend. The service writer, said "we're busy with oil changes and other customers". Geez, what the hell was I?

When I asked how much to install the rear storage/cargo nets for the back door. He had no clue what part, I was speaking of, and stated $50.00, then later quoted me $90.00 when he got tired of looking for the part number of that particular accessory. I finally did it myself.

I bought from Frank, and at the time I was looking (10-07) they had the best price in the San Diego area. That was then.

They are one of those dealers that consider a lift voiding the warranty. I stay away from them for service and parts and chose to deal with Toyota of El Cajon. Toyota of El Cajon has been incredible and very supportive of a upgraded FJ and has taken care of a lot of freaky warranty work for me with no hassle about upgrades what so ever.

I made an appt. for my 5K service. When I asked for a 5 wheel rotation they wanted an additional 15 bucks. I told them I would go somewhere else.

They do put out the cheapest coupons for service which are honored by all other toyota dealers in SD. So I clip their coupons and take them to the other stores.
