Anyone watch Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations?

On a recent episode he wen to Saudi Arabia (if I remember correctly), based on a viewer contest to pick a place for him to go. In the opening once he gets to the location, you see an FJ cruising down the motorway. Later on, you see him and the crew riding in one as they play out in the sand.

I`m just getting into his show. I didn`t think I would like it hence the hesitation but once I saw a couple its pretty good.

I think FJ Cruisers and 4-wheeling in general are pretty popular in the Gulf States (Saudi, Kuwait, the Emirates etc...). Gotta do something with all that sand.

The Voodoo Blue FJ on Burn Notice was cool, even had TRD wheels on it. If you listen to the sound though, that thing sounds like it has a small block V-8 in it, pretty funny.

Was watching "Color Correction" on HGTV over the weekend and saw the host jump in and out of his Sun Fusion FJ throughout the show.

Big sighting the other day.... Surf and Rescue: Dewey Beach. They got a call about a vehicle that went off a bridge into a river. All you could see was a part of the roof rack kinda through the water. It looked very familiar. They kept teasing about that one for several more minutes, then finally pulled it out. Sure enough, Titanium FJ. No occupants.

They kept saying that it went off the bridge, but they could not figure out where. I figure they either tried to cross the river there, or up stream, and went in that way.
