Hey what's up guys most people know me from the Off road racing forums but as an FJ owner as well thought I'd finally sign up and share my knowledge of desert racing and love for toyota's with everyone in this forum. Picked up my 07 FJ about a year ago and words can't express how satisfied I am with it, This serves as my main prerunner/chase vehicle for races with MDR/SCORE and other racing sanctions that I compete in. I'm located in Lake Elsinore and when bored on weekends take it up to the Main Divide Rd with it I'm very impressed with it's handling and the mods will start very soon possible future race vehicle if sell the race truck. Anytime anyone does the Main Divide count me in I've been driving that trail for the 10 years I've lived in Elsinore now and never gets old awesome views and nice and relaxing off road trail.

Welcome to the forum! Bad a$$ truck you got there. Is that picture of you in the FJ coming down the fire road main divide? If so where do you get on the trail down where you live. I live up at the Silverado end of main divide and its all been closed due to the fire for some time now. Ranger said it might open in November but not sure.

In response to the Main Divide question from Lake Elsinore I enter the Main Divide two ways either at the bottom of the Ortegas in Elsinore at El Cariso Fire Rd or from the Ortega Hwy at Main Divide Rd, the only spots I've run into lately that are blocked is the fork that spilts to either go down to Indian Truck trail instead of continuing all the way towards Green River Rd and the 91. I'll be racing the MDR 400 race course A on June.28th in Lucerne if anyone is interested please come we have a very friendly group and we could use all the help we can get.
