:
I don't know if I'm going to do it or not.
I am CONSIDERING a Central Utah run: Skyline Drive from Mt. Pleasant, UT (off Hwy 89) up Pleasant Creek to the top of the hill, camp, down the spine of the Manti-LaSalle range about 60 miles to Salina Canyon, run down Salina Cyn to I-70 and then I-70 to the San Raphael Swell - maybe two days and a night in the Swell.
This is the sort of run best done with two rigs, but I've done it alone in the past and am comfortable enough. A break-down on the Skyline means a ten mile hike downhill, a break-down in the Swell is worse if you're alone, but shoe leather being what it is and canteens/rifle, it's not horrible.
PM me if it interests you. If I do it, it will be before school starts. We have the Grand Staircase run in October and I don't want to wait that long to get the rig dirty.
