If you want a pure bred, with no puppy-farm type stuff, I'd recommend checking for breeders in your area. Try breeders.net, or the AKC site, to find a reputable breeder. My parents used to breed Wire Fox Terriers, and Breeders.net was one of the better sites. Lot's of traffic and quality posts.

My dad used to raise these while we were growing up. He took them hunting and I hated life the whole time we had them. The were the barkiest, nosiest dogs I have ever heard. I hope you are old and have lost your hearing because if not you will soon wish you had. Not that they didn't have good qualities too but damn, shut the hell up!
Ok Cadavebert thank you very much we found our new 9 week old Beagle friend from Breeders.net this worked out really good for us and to raygunn I am half way there on age and already half deaf so we will see what happens thanks every body for the input . Our nine year son and a 8 year daughter are thrilled
