yesterday afternoon i was takeing a nap in my living room when i heard a popping noise out side my window. I didn't think anything of it just that maybe my idiot alcoholic neighbors had fired up the fire pit early. the popping got louder and i looked outside to see my wood fence on fire with flames coming a good three to five feet off the the top, 5 feet from my house. I ran out and another nieghbor had hopped my back wall and helped me put it out. dumbass nieghbors were not home and had thrown a lit cigarette. in a trash bin that was against the fence. i was so pissed i didn't even know what to say. i do have plently to say when their landlord shows up tomorrow. And it melted my synthetic turf too.
