I've been surprised with the civility on this board thus far...especially with the likes of Rico and Frog tearing it up over "there." ;D
Yeah, not sure what that was all about "over there" but I got pretty caught up. Wasn't really all that bad, just not my usual style. Was kinda fun though

Ya know, I have a suggestion:

If a member doesn't like a decision a moderator makes, go up the chain of command to the site administrator. If the admin backs the mod's play, then you have another decision to make. If the member decides to stick around the site, then by all means stick around! We really value input and varied experiences on the site!! But no belly-aching or calling out mods if you do decide to hang around. Because then your decision on whether to leave or stay will be made for you by the mods/admin. And if you do make the decision that this site is not for you, then please....leave, and leave quietly. Throwing a fit will not get you anything but banned and the offending post(s) deleted. Back to your regularly scheduled thread.

Well said, Dave.

To add to this: If you are having an issue please PM a mod or admin and take care of the issue privately. If you choose to make the issue public then you will only hurt your case. In a recent situation this occured as well as some other problems and it resulted in a permanent member ban.

We are not power hungry mods or admin her, nor are we superior or better than anyone else. we just have some extra text under our usernames. :)
