I have a straight 50" LED bar and I do not have a roof rack.
Will these mounts work?
Does anybody have pictures of their set-up?

Any feedback would help.

They should work, but you may need spacers to take up the gap where the foot of rack would sit. No pics though, as I don't have that setup.

Ive seen those type mounts on FJs with no roof racks before so yes it should work.

I don't know what is in the mounting holes with no rack installed.

Either way go real easy on removing and installing roof bolts, the backing plate can come out of it's clip and then spin and fall into the head liner. Keep the last couple of threads in on each bolt before removing either of them to keep torque off the backer plate. A couple of turns each when mounting, again no torque with only one bolt threaded.

Put a good amount of butyl rubber gasket (self healing windshield gasket) around the bolts and under the light mount to keep it weather tight.

I did an install on a tacoma similar to this using factory threaded holes.

Does anybody have pictures of their set-up?

I got these in the mail and they don't seem like they will work without a roof rack. Unless I do some custom fabricating or creating spacers with nuts / washers.

Pretty wack, PURE or DB Customz should provide the whole kit for the price of $130.
