I don't know if anyone has gone to this but I thought I'd give you some advanced notice. Every year in October,usually Holloween weekend there is an off road poker run called the spook run. It's a weekend event at the Salton Sea Beach. The run takes place Saturday morning and awards are presnted Sunday Morning. I've gone to these events for the past 5 years and Love It! It is family friendly, free camping, Bar (Beer,Wine,Cocktails) Snack Bar etc. They have a trail similar to a haunted house for the kids. It would be really cool to get a crew of FJ's out there. Also in February they have the "Treasure Trails" It's an off road Scavenger hunt. Treasure Trails is a bigger event and is more fun in my opinion. Heres the link to the website. That sounds super fun. I may try to get me and the girl out there for a day event but Momma will have a newborn by then so It's improbable at best this year.
