Hey guys whats up..I am new to the area and am just curious where are all the spots to go wheelin around here. is there any place that good for a day trip from the san diego area, like off the 8 somewhere out there? or really anywhere, just so i can do some research and know where these places are and whats required. Any and all info will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You've got lot's of places, and lot's of people from here to help you out.

I'm not in SD, but you'll see some posts soon from FunJunkie, or Frogeye...maybe FJOllie..... lot's of SD folks.


I've been on one trail area down there. Otay mountain roads.

There is a Meet & Eat tonight in La Mirada, straight up the 5 Frwy where Orange County meets LA County

Bunch of places to go, there are everything from fire roads to OHV park areas to desert fun. We are lucky to live down here bro. So much to do at so close. Hit me up on when you plan on going and I'll try to swing it.

LOTS to do for sure! keep watch of the trail runs planned and come join us. there are alot of us in san diego and we're close to alot of stuff.
