NO pics to post?? No video?? Wassup wit dat?
Sorry. Not this time. I got stuck in the sand a couple of times and the other member I met up there got stuck as well. I didn't have time to take pictures. I was too worried that my family (at the beach) would be worried about me or if being stuck was going to turn into an all nighter.

More details at the blue room:

Brian, make sure you mark your calendar for Surf N Turf. It's a great event.

More speed was your answer. :D The go pedal is your friend in most cases-in sand. I don't know Eric, I don't think you went to Pismo. This is just a posed shot in some sandy parking lot in Santa Clarita or something. I mean, come on, a whole weekend and 1 picture-for the PokerDawg?! :p

I have lots of pictures of my kid in a 2 foot hole in the sand :)

Getting stuck ruined a lot of moments for me. There were lots of cool photo opportunities including these people surfing with huge kites and catching WILD air.

I didn't even get to eat my own BBQ :(

Although it wasn't a perfect weekend....I'd go back.

You're right about speed. The first time I got stuck was because I braked hard to avoid going over a drop. It killed my momentum.

I'll admit I was too stressed out to take pics.

I'll make it up in November ;D

When you got stuck, were you on your own (just you and the family) or was the silver FJ wheeling with you?

Sucks that getting stuck turned into such an ordeal. You'll have to tell the tale around the campfire Sat night.
You're never truly alone in Pismo. :D

I left the family at the beach with all the picnic/beach gear. The Ti FJ is a blue room member that just happened to be at Pismo the same weekend with his Frat. It turns out that I met Jerry at Hungry Valley last January.
