    Re: Tires pressure

    Depends on tires.
    Anywhere from 32-50 on pavement

    Anywhere from 8-30 off pavement.

Vague answer for a vague question

I've been as low as 7-8 psi in the sand with no issues and 45psi on cleghorn. (glorified fire road)

    Re: Tires pressure

As others said there is no "right" pressure, but for what its worth I run 38 psi on the road and about 15-18 in the rocks and 25ish if its higher speed dirt. All personal preference.

    Re: Tires pressure

I'm back up to 40 psi on an e rated nitto , I bit too firm on the road. Wanted to monitor my mpg. Not with it so far. 35 is pretty money, but I agree it's preference.

On road, this is the proper way. Do the chalk line test.

    Re: Tires pressure

Cool. Never saw any analysis like that before. If you get into that kind of detail, I wonder if you should figure in some centrifugal force in how the tire contacts the road at highway speeds.
