Those lights use h1 bulbs. I've had mine for 5 years and the only issue I have is that I can't adjust them because the screws stripped out..
We had some fuktard buy a set of $360 dollar handlebars for a quad and he filed a claim and sent back a chain... Thanks eBay global shipping... EBay gets to pay fir the mistake.

but same issues with the plugs melting, I think the issue is the lights have this rubber boot that goes over the main bulb and it's pretty heavy with nor air circulation at all hence hot bulbs melting the plug....
although when I ordered these I didn't know about the different bulb, I had originally ordered an HID kits as well and it could not even be installed.
That sucks! Hopefully you can contest the charges and put that money towards a full blown retrofit from TRS.
If you havent heard this is a publc forum for anyone to post an exchange of ideas simmilar to if you were having a conversation with a group of people, do you yell at your friends to stay on subject when your chatting? (assuming you have friends).
PS, this thread is pretty much only about eBay and how he can get a refund for junk lights.
