    2nd on the puller for the ball joints... only way to go. That's really the only somewhat special tool you need, the rest is just hand tools. It's an easy job, and pretty obvious what you need to do when you sit down and look at it. Only other trick is rotating the sway bar up and out of the way once it's unbolted from everywhere.

    OK rookies, the pickle fork or ball joint tool is your last choice when removing a ball joint. That option has the largest possibility in tearing the rubber boot. The way you do it in this video is what has been done all over the world for at least a century.

    I use a puller that doesn't touch the boot, works like a charm. That's MY first choice

    where you out of? you can just borrow alot of these tools honestly. guy two houses down probably has one haha.

    I'm in southbay area. Gardena to be more specific. I guess if anything I can buy one from the money I'll be saving from doing the installation myself haha
